These Terms govern your use of AICAB.IN's booking platform and services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed by AICAB.IN's booking team. Availability is subject to vehicle and driver assignment. We recommend providing accurate pickup, destination, date and time.

2. Payments & Charges

Fares are calculated based on distance and vehicle category. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, state taxes, and night-time surcharges. Payments are collected by the driver unless prepayment is requested.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel at least 12 hours before pickup to avoid standard cancellation fees. Refunds are processed according to local rules and payment method.

4. Liability

Drivers operate as independent partners. AICAB.IN coordinates bookings and support; liability is limited to coordination and customer support. Follow local laws and safety guidance.
